I love mornings like this. Mornings when I wake up first, and I can just watch her sleep for a few minutes. The smooth, glowing skin of her chest rises and falls with her shallow breaths, and I know that if I slide my fingers up her back, underneath her tank top, I’ll feel her sweat. She overheats when she sleeps.
I relax into the chair by her window, watching her soft pink lips purse as she starts to stir. Her long, slender neck calls to me, and I’m desperate.
Fucking desperate never to leave her. Wanting never to do what I know I have to do right now.
Tate holds my heart, and I could choke trying to swallow and bury my need for her.
I try to remember the good things. The things that will keep me alive in her heart while I’m away. The rainy nights in my car. How the skin of her neck tastes different from the skin of her lips. How hot she gets under the sheets.
How I hate sleeping alone now.
Her phone starts vibrating on her nightstand, and I tighten my fists, knowing that everything is about to fall apart.
When she wakes, I have to hurt her.
I love Jared & Tate together,it breaks my heart that they are broke up, but I know and hope that they will be stronger in the end when they get back together I can’t wait for this book to come out

I cannot wait for this book! It’s sad that they have to break up to reunite but I get why he needs to leave and find out who he is!

Cannot wait for this book in April, pre-ordered baby! Wow, I’m actually extremely happy Jared is doing things his own way! Don’t get me wrong totally understand why Tate had enough when he was just leaving to “find his way” since she was pretty clear about being supportive of him as long as they were together. Although I don’t see Tate going all wild or anything you in the years apart I can see her moving on with someone that will never be Jared… I can see her in a serious relationship without the extreme passion or uncertainty. Come on people it will take them a while to get to their careers probably mid twenties at least. And Tate is as much a catch as Jared is in his way. If she was strong enough to not hang around when he was walking away she is will have a relationship with another guy. So yeah they should have other relationships but don’t be down people, I suspect Jared keeps the torch burning for Tate and she figures out it is what is missing 🙂 The best part!
I can definitely see Tate moving on, I hope that Jared doesn’t though as I really feel it’s her turn to experience life away from him and with other people. He’s already done that (piper to name one, ugh). Even by the end of until you I didn’t feel that he realised what he had with her. I dont think he felt threatened enough when other guys took interest in school and I think she let him off pretty lightly after everything…. I really hope she comes into her own, thinks of herself for a while….and then obviously has a passionate, soul wrenching reunion! Ha! 🙂
It makes me sad inside to read this, and excited. I love them together, and it makes me sad that the book starts the way it does because they’ve already been through so much. I know I will still love the book, I just hope it doesn’t take too long for them to find happiness.

I didn’t like at first Jared and Tate had another book, also I believe Tate left some things to say. I also hope Tate gives Jared a hard time to get her back, if not Tate is not tbe woman I believe it was. #TeamTate
Why you do that? I finally found a book that don’t pissed me up with the slut protagonist and you ruined that with this book. I suppose that in this new book Tate slept with some others guys or something like that.
Sorry but I just hate the fact that you and others authors think that the only way for a woman to move on is going on bed with another man. I’ll never read something from you, good luck thinking like that way.

Real love don’t hurt, and definitely if you love someone you will never never fuck with other guy or girl, no matter that he/she broke your heart. Another author without moral sense in his writes and has no idea about true love.
